I don't have good news for you. That service was run by OSU and our contract ended with them on Jume 30. We have been sending that message out to superintendents and IT manages list serves for two years. We covered it at multiple IT managers' meetings. Districts knew it was coming.
I can't begin to tell you how sorry I am. The only hope I have for getting it back is a backup drive that has the ENTIRE Moodle infrastructure that was hosted by OSU on it. It would be up to you to restore it and see what you can get from it.
